While writing the introduction to our article and looking up references, we were hit by network problem. It is true that we are almost done with this piece of work!!! Soon we will be able to hang out with people except that there is no one to hang out with. Still until we submit it, there is no guarantee that we will be done soon. It has been in the almost ready status for so many years.
