Recently I started reading xkcd. I was late for marvels like Time so that I had to go to Youtube to appreciate anything other than the very last frame. It is also fun to see how science, technology, political environment evolved over the past decade.

One more thing changed: the adoption of https. Pages of bigger version of comics still pull in images via http. Duh, both Chrome and Firefox block mixed contents. For similar reasons, comics, for example, Umwelt, that rely on javascript served over http break too.

I need to email Randall about this to make xkcd marginally great again!
