New Clipboard of Windows 10

Now Windows 10 has an upgraded clipboard capable of holding more than one item. However I noticed that if you pull up the clipboard via Win+v and select an item to paste, Windows actually sends out the key stroke of Ctrl+v rather than calling some function to paste the item. However some programs do not use the standard shortcut... so you cannot paste into them using the fancy clipboard. It is not sound to assume shortcuts always work uniformly.
